GENERAL BENDER

  • Since two motors are installed, it is possible to improve 100% in the bending speed and power compared with the existing bending machine. It will bend HD32 in 5 seconds without a hitch.
  • It is light in weight and can be used both in civil engineering and construction.
  • The bending process of stirrup and hoop allows the minimum bend bar-end length 4~6cm (1.57~2.36 inches)
  • Electricity free, available to use in residential power of 220V.
  • Bender can be simultaneously bent in 2 different angels. (saving work time)
  • It is available to assemble R-Jig. Available to use in 6 R-jig simultaneously (170R, 200R, 240R, 270R, 300R, 350R) ※ Additional costs for R-Jig set.
  • Available to bend exact angle that want.
  • Safety sensor is attached inside, safe to use during working.
